Guy’s Art of the Start
Last night, I listened to Guy Kawasaki’s “Art of the Start” talk
Most companies that I have worked at do nothing to really develop that sense of team. Sure there are “company” meetings and lunches that the manager charges to the company credit card. But very little in the way of day-to-day teambuilding.
However, listening to Guy’s talk where he lays out the 1011 pieces of advice about the art of the start, I realized how center “teamwork” and “focus” are to successful companies. In order to have this you must have people that have a common vision.
